Hey there! I’m Jess — a work-from-home mom who’s either out running, strength training, or being closely supervised by my very opinionated 2-year-old sidekick. 😂 I’m also homeschooling my amazing 17-year-old, so life is definitely never boring around here.


I’m obsessed with all things pink, bright, and sparkly ✨ and I’m super passionate about helping women lose weight, build confidence, and finally feel unstoppable in their own skin.💪


I know firsthand how hard it can feel to get started — but I also know how INCREDIBLE it feels to finally love your body, show up for yourself, and live the life you’ve always wanted. 💖 And girl — if I can do it, so can you.
